For this pendant, we polished the amber only on the front and sides. It combines transparent and milky forms of amber, visible only when viewed from the side which makes this piece very interesting. The bark on the back is flat, which is quite rare, as the surface of raw amber is usually irregular. Bark of the raw amber contains the highest concentration of succinic acid.
