We offer several payment methods to make your shopping experience easy and secure.
Bank transfer (also with QR code)
- Once you complete your order, you will receive payment instructions via email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order will be processed and shipped once the funds have been received in our account.
- This payment method is free of charge.
- You can also pay by scanning a QR code in your mobile banking app. The QR code is automatically generated after completing your order on our e-shop and is also sent to your e-mail along with the payment details for the bank transfer.

Credit / Debit Card Payment
The payment is processed through the Shoptet Pay payment gateway, and the transaction is subject to the terms and conditions of this gateway, which can be found at: www.shoptetpay.com/cs/vseobecne-obchodni-podminky-shoptet-pay.
For online card payments, the total amount is due within 14 days of concluding the contract.
This payment method is free of charge and can also be used for international orders.
Apple pay a Google pay
You can conveniently pay using your Google Pay or Apple Pay digital wallet stored on your mobile device – no more searching for your wallet or payment card.

Payment upon personal pickup
If you choose to pick up your order at our brick-and-mortar store, you can pay in cash or by card. This payment method is free of charge.

Cash on Delivery
- You will pay for a cash-on-delivery (COD) order directly to the carrier upon receiving the package.
- COD is subject to a fee of 59 CZK.
- This payment option is available only within Czech Republic for orders up to 5,000 CZK.
- COD is not available for delivery via Česká pošta!
- After the total amount has been paid, we will issue an invoice, which you will receive electronically via email. The invoice includes the total price, including VAT and all legally required fees. You can also find your invoices in your user account on our e-shop if you create a customer account.
